Project overview

Starfish aims to transform the Thai education system by training teachers in the latest teaching techniques and methodologies. After conducting workshops in Bangkok, they realized that to scale the project, they needed to create an easy-to-use, on-demand teacher training app.

Our solution

To understand Starfish's intended users, we held two design thinking workshops for a small group of educators. We discovered their common needs and pain points and brainstormed ideas, features, and solutions for a minimum viable product.

The qualitative data we gathered enabled us to create web personas and a customer journey map. From there, we designed the app’s information architecture and wireframes, developed Starfish’s brand guidelines, and finally built the education platform.
